Arlington Designing Women (ADW) have used Celebrations twice in the past year and we have been very pleased with the service that Michelle Calvert and her staff provided for us! The last time we were there on November 06, 2007 we had our annual Auction and when we got there Michelle had everything set up and even extra tables that we really needed (and didn't know) set up for us. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone that is need of such a place. The parking is plentiful, the facility clean and the staff is top notch! When we were looking to book a reception hall for our wedding, we found we didn't book a HALL, so much as MICHELLE. Her enthusiasm and energy were contagious. She helped us look at all our options in the "package" deal to use her incredible creativity and flexibility to make our reception truly OUR reception. Many other places we looked at had one or two set things with no deviation. Michelle was also more affordable than any other option we came up with, which also made us happy. Michelle made a very stressful time easy, affordable, and fun. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding reception experience. I've recommended her to others for their special occasions. Michelle Calvert, Event Director at Celebrations Receptions & Parties made my role as mother-of-the-bride a breeze. She knew every question to ask, every decision that needed to be made, every referral for every resource. Even though we chose the busiest wedding day of the year, Michelle was able to connect us with the best cake decorator and flower lady we could have ever found and managed to get them to add us to their already busy schedules. From providing helpful hints in negotiating the bridal fairs to packing up the left overs after the wedding reception she was all smiles and all help all the way. She worked hard to make my daughter's vision become reality. Her staff was courteous, kind, and efficient. There was absolutely no complaints from family and guests. I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of our daughter's wedding reception. I have already recommended Celebrations to everyone that has asked about the wedding.
