The staff of Celebrations Receptions & Parties are dedicated to helping you have an event to remember. This is not a one size fits all facility! Every detail of your event is deigned with you by our professional event coordinators to guarantee that you are getting what you are dreaming of.

Facility Rental Packages Based on up to 150 guests
Facility rental includes Tables and Chairs, Table Linens, Centerpieces, Standard Facility Decor, Setup and Cleanup.
Friday Evening $2500 6pm - Midnight
Saturday Morning $2000 9am - 2pm
Saturday Evening $2500 6pm - Midnight
Sunday Afternoon $1500 3pm - 8pm

Additional Hours Available Seating for up to 300 available for an additional fee

Facility Rental by the hour** Based on up to 150 guests
Hourly facility rental includes: Tables and Chairs, Room Setup, Table Linens in choice of Black or Brown and Standard Facility Decor at a rate of $400 per hour.
**Time begins when the first vendor is scheduled to arrive and ends at the close of your event, when all vendors are loaded out and venue is locked.
Events of 4 hours or more may benefit from our package pricing options listed above.
Weekdays and weeknights, Monday through Thursday are available at a discounted rate of $250 per hour. Religious, Educational, Civic or other non-profit groups may qualify for partial sponsorship.

Please Note
The above rates are for space rental only. Rental fees do not include the required staffing services. Staffing is determined on a case by case basis and can be estimated at 20% of the rental rate.
All Bridal and Quinceanera packages include staffing, linens and facility rental fees.
