Space Rental for Parties of Every Occasion Done Your Way
We recognize the need for a place to host events. Maybe it's a bridal shower or a 50th birthday celebration; perhaps a band wants to host a CD release party, or maybe your group wants to have an exhibit showcasing their talents.
Whatever the case, Celebrations can help with an incredible space.
We make it simple for you. Select the layout options that suit your needs, we take care of the table & chair setup for you. Even better, after your event, we do the bulk of the cleanup, too. You bring in your own decorations, food & beverage choices and whatever else is appropriate for your group.
Food & Drink Options abound at Celebrations!
We offer a wide variety of catering choices for your event, all customized to fit your needs. Speak with one of our knowledgeable staff members to get a specific price quote. By partnering with dozens of catering specialists and area restaurants, we can get the menu that you want.
Many clients prefer a facility that offers you the option of bringing in your own food and drink choices. We understand that and allow outside food and drinks, in most circumstances.
Bar Service
Alcohol is permitted at Celebrations. You may choose to offer an open bar, cash bar or ticket service. We have a wonderful bar staff happy to help make the occasion sparkle. Speak with one of our knowledgeable staff members for detailed information.
Rental Rates
Facility Rental by the hour Based on up to 150 guests
Hourly facility rental includes: Tables and Chairs setup, Table Linens in choice of Black or Brown and Standard Facility Decor at a rate of $450 per hour.
**Time begins when the first vendor is scheduled to arrive and ends at the close of your event, when all vendors are loaded out and venue is locked.
Events of 4 hours or more generally benefit from our package pricing.
Weekdays and weeknights, Monday through Thursday are available at a discounted rate of $250 per hour. Religious, Educational, Civic or other non-profit groups may qualify for partial sponsorship.
Options for up to 300 guests available for an additional fee
Please Note
The above rates are for party space rental only. Rental fees do not include the required staffing services. Staffing is determined on a case by case basis and can be estimated at 20% of the rental rate.
All Bridal and Quinceanera packages include staffing, linens and facility rental fees.
